Of course, we’re always keeping an eye out for the latest flavour innovations and product trends and one of the biggest trends in the food industry right now is healthy ice cream! Many food companies are creating versions of this classic dessert that are lower in calories, sugar, and fat compared to traditional ice cream and they often contain higher amounts of protein and fibre as an added dietary benefit. 


What's even better is that these healthy ice cream options are now becoming a lot more accessible, even in schools, allowing kids to enjoy a tasty frozen treat without the fat and artificial ingredients found in regular ice cream. It's a win-win situation for everyone! 


At Everest, we’ve always taken enormous pride in our ability to produce high quality, deliciously creamy, super tasty products and, with the health of our young Australians in mind, our ice cream gurus have been busily working over the last 12 months to develop some great products and we are proud to introduce our new school and health-focused dixie cup range. We have three delicious flavour options to choose from and all three are registered with

Healthy Kids and are star rated. The Everest low-fat Vanilla and the low-fat Choc-Malt both have a four star rating and our Mango frozen yoghurt option, which also contains probiotics, has a five star rating. To make them even better, all three products are gluten free which means that even those with sensitive tummies can enjoy a special frozen treat every now and then. Made with no artificial flavours or colours and lower in fat, but with no compromise on taste or quality, these delicious dixie cups are the perfect choice for kids to enjoy at school.
