Modernising school communications: NSW high school
Ageing infrastructure is one of the most common and most overlooked risks in Australian school facilities. For one NSW high school, a bell and PA system well past its serviceable life had quietly become a daily operational problem and a genuine safety concern.
Corroded cabling ran throughout the buildings, speaker output was unreliable across classrooms, and external areas and staff had no ability to direct announcements to specific parts of the campus. Most critically, the evacuation broadcast system could not be relied upon to reach all zones consistently, a compliance and duty-of-care issue no school can afford.

Following a detailed site audit, Beyond Network Solutions installed a modern integrated communications platform providing zoned paging, automated bell scheduling, and a dedicated evacuation channel aligned with the school’s emergency requirements.
