When it comes to planning and executing a landscape, Fleming’s is a one-stop shop with one point of contact.
As a full-service commercial landscaping operation, Fleming’s Landscapes takes a project from its very inception, all the way through to final completion. This often includes the landscape design process, the construction process, care, water management and maintenance post build and then ensuring we can hand over the work in tip-top condition.
We do this on landscape projects of all sizes and scales which can require the involvement of many different stakeholders including council representatives, landscape architects, construction managers, sub-contractors, equipment and furnishing suppliers, services such as electrical, gas, or tech providers, engineers, civil contractors and many other aside.

Case study: Villawood partners with Fleming’s
Renowned Victorian residential developer, Villawood Properties is busy carving a new era for residents of Sunbury at their REDSTONE community and together with Fleming’s is fast laying down outdoor spaces with a difference.
In 2018 director, Rory Costelloe, reached out to his long-time landscape architect, Graham Murphy, and asked him to team up with Fleming’s Director, Wes Fleming, to build a unified vision for Redstone.
“We worked closely to create a vision for Redstone that was about enhancing the landscape from the outset. It was a unique approach with many round-table conversations with council long before pen was put to paper in the design phase,” – Wes said.
“Once we had the masterplan vision worked up, we set to work to deliver this vision, a process still underway today.”
Since 2018, Fleming’s have delivered two entrance parks, more than 20 stages of street trees, a grand central park and are currently tackling a wetland and ongoing streetscapes as part of the delivery of this master-planned community.
Outdoor space is becoming a premium in Australia with limited backyards and people moving to affordable medium-density living, which makes it imperative community parks cater to a wide demographic to ensure the space is utilised to its full potential.
“Getting all people out to enjoy open public realm is critical,” – says Wes.
