2. About Education Australia
2.1 Education Australia is an independent consultancy operating nationally across the Australian education sector. Through its Preferred Supplier Program, Education Australia connects education institutions with approved suppliers, enabling institutions to access trusted providers and make effective use of available funding.
2.2 Education Australia is not a government agency, is not endorsed by any government department and is not a procurement body. Education Australia does not administer, assess or award grants, conduct tenders or make purchasing decisions on behalf of any institution.
3. Funding and Grant Information

3.2 Funding information provided by Education Australia is general information only and does not constitute financial, legal or grant-writing advice. It does not guarantee that any institution is eligible for, or will be awarded, any funding. Users should confirm all details with the relevant funding body before submitting an application or committing to a purchase.
4. Preferred Suppliers
4.1 Preferred Suppliers are businesses that have been assessed and verified by Education Australia and accepted into the Preferred Supplier Program. Preferred Supplier status does not constitute a government appointment.
4.2 All enquiries, quotations and contracts are entered into directly between institutions and Preferred Suppliers. Education Australia is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for the goods or services supplied, the pricing, or the conduct of any Preferred Supplier.
5. Supplier and Association Content
5.1 Articles published in the Supplier News section of the Site are authored by Preferred Suppliers in relation to their own products and services. Articles identified as association content are contributed by education associations. Each article is labelled accordingly. Such content reflects the views of its author and does not necessarily reflect the views of Education Australia.
5.2 Supplier discounts and offers made available through the Site are determined by the relevant supplier and may be varied or withdrawn at that supplier's discretion.
6. Use of the Site
6.1 Users must use the Site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes without Education Australia's prior written consent.

7.3 Account security. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for ensuring that only authorised staff of the subscribing institution access the account.
7.4 Cancellation. Subscribers may cancel at any time via their account or by contacting Education Australia. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and no further charges will apply.
7.5 Failed payments. If a payment fails, Education Australia will notify the Subscriber and allow 7 days for payment details to be updated before access is suspended.
7.6 Suspension and termination. Education Australia may suspend or terminate a subscription if fees remain unpaid after notice has been given, or if the Subscriber commits a serious breach of these Terms, including by sharing login credentials outside the subscribing institution. Where practicable, Education Australia will notify the Subscriber and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action. If Education Australia discontinues EduAccess, it will provide reasonable notice and refund any unused portion of prepaid fees.

8.2 Users must not enter sensitive personal information, including student information, into Eddie. The handling of chat messages is governed by Education Australia's Privacy Policy.
9. Giveaways and Features
9.1 EduAccess Subscribers are entered into giveaways and a twice-yearly draw to be featured in the Funding & Resource Guide.
