Aflex Inflatables: Bringing Oral Health Education to Life

At Aflex Technology, we believe learning should be interactive, memorable, and fun. With over 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing innovative inflatables, we continue to explore new ways to support education and community engagement through large-scale interactive experiences.

This month, we’re excited to introduce one of our newest projects, the Inflatable Walk-In Mouth, developed in collaboration with the District Health Board in New Zealand. Designed specifically for oral health education for children, this exciting new inflatable transforms an important health message into a hands-on learning adventure.

Learning Through Play and Interaction

The Inflatable Walk-In Mouth allows children to step inside a giant mouth and explore the world of dental hygiene in a fun, engaging and unforgettable way. Instead of simply reading about brushing and flossing, children become part of the experience while learning through movement, play and interaction.

Inside the inflatable, children will discover:

• Cavities designed as playful “gremlins” that can be brushed away
• Interactive brushing activities that encourage healthy habits
• Fun flossing elements to demonstrate the importance of flossing between teeth
• Visual experience that makes oral health education exciting and accessible

By turning a sometimes-difficult topic into something creative and interactive, children are more likely to engage with the message and remember the importance of taking care of their teeth.

A New Approach to Health Awareness
