Smith’s Snackfood Company: Nacho average salsa serve

The squeeze that keeps salsa moving

When the lunch rush hits, every second counts. For busy school canteens, the new Doritos Salsa Squeezy 925g makes serving mild salsa quicker, cleaner and more consistent, without changing the nachos students already love.

Designed for high-volume foodservice, the easy-squeeze bottle puts portioning control directly into the hands of canteen staff, helping keep service moving while reducing unnecessary waste.

Say goodbye to the salsa scoop

Traditional spooning and ladling can take time, particularly when staff are serving large numbers of students. Doritos Salsa Squeezy offers a simple alternative, allowing salsa to be applied quickly and consistently straight from the bottle.

Internal kitchen trials found the squeeze format can deliver:

• Up to 30% faster application than spooned or ladled salsa
• Up to 15% less salsa usage through more consistent portions
• Up to 10% less potential waste during service
• An easy-to-handle bottle that can be quickly picked up and used during busy periods

That means less time spent scooping and portioning, and more time getting meals into students’ hands.

Ready when the lunch bell rings

Whether nachos are a regular menu favourite, a lunch special or part of a Mexican-inspired menu, the 925g squeeze bottle is designed to fit easily into the pace of a working canteen.

Consistent portions can also make it easier to keep an eye on stock levels and control food costs, while a cleaner serving process helps keep preparation areas under control.
