In Sync Therapy Hub: Creating calm, confident classrooms, one school at a time

Classrooms are changing. Teachers are seeing more behavioural and sensory needs than ever before.
Grounded in Ayers Sensory Integration practices, In Sync Kids Therapy Hub gives educators the tools, confidence and evidence-based strategies they need to support regulation, learning and participation.
Why school leaders partner with us
Unlike traditional behaviour support focused on managing symptoms, In Sync helps identify the root causes of behaviour through a brain-body lens. Staff learn to recognise the sensory, developmental and postural factors driving dysregulation to respond effectively rather than intensively. This leads to fewer escalations, calmer classrooms and educators who feel capable, not overwhelmed.
How we support both students and staff
Educators cannot support student wellbeing if they are burnt out or managing constant dysregulation. Our coaching strengthens both sides of the relationship with:
• Predictable, evidence-informed behaviour frameworks.
• Smoother classroom flow.
• Regulation-first strategies that reduce emotional load.
• Shared expectations that build teamwork.
• Improved student regulation, which naturally reduces staff stress.
What makes our training different
We help leadership teams embed sustainable behaviour and regulation frameworks across all year levels through whole-school and leadership coaching.
Real classroom cases
Educators bring real examples of children with regulation, attention or coordination challenges. Together, we unpack the sensory-motor foundations behind these behaviours, identifying contributors such as postural instability, sensory seeking or avoidance, and environmental overload.
Large-group, high-impact learning
Sessions combine facilitated reflection, group discussion and live demonstration for up to 150 participants, ensuring insights translate into practice.
Guided strategy design
Through structured problem-solving, educators co-design strategies they can use immediately, including movement-based transitions, proprioceptive and vestibular calming strategies, adaptive seating, sensory-friendly environmental adjustments and predictable routines supporting co-regulation.
Learning outcomes
Educators strengthen their ability to understand behaviour through a brain-body lens, recognise sensory-motor contributors, and design inclusive classroom supports using sensory-informed regulation strategies. They also improve transitions and predictability, building adaptive learning environments.
School-wide outcomes consistently include better physicality, improved social and emotional learning, enhanced executive function, stronger inclusion and increased educator capability. Leaders report measurable reductions in behavioural escalations within four to twelve weeks.
Additional school-based services
• One-to-one therapy: Regulation, motor skills, attention and participation.
• Developmental screening: Early identification of sensory needs.
• Classroom sensory support: Reduce escalations and increase engagement.
• Sensory gyms and regulation spaces: Whole-school wellbeing.

What schools are seeing
Leadership teams report fewer escalations, calmer transitions, stronger staff confidence, earlier identification of needs and happier, more engaged learners.
“Our teachers feel supported and our classrooms feel settled.”
